I teach classes at different locations throughout the year for all ages.
As classes are added I will post dates and contact information below.
I use a wide variety of art media along with my teaching to help facilitate retaining the lessons presented and to have fun, get creative, and take home something tangible to help incorporate these lessons into daily practice.
Some of my teaching themes include lessons about Mindfulness, Meditation, Manifestation, Journaling, EFT/Tapping, Chakra Balancing, Self-Care with Aromatherapy, Gratitude, Elemental elements, moon phases (Esbats), Wheel of the Year classes (Sabbats), and Intuitive Creativity.
Wheel of the Year
Conducting a year long series of classes based on the Wheel of the Year Sabbats. Classes include legends and lore, crafting, meditation, journal prompts, tarot spreads, and more. Held at Sacred Ground in Arlington Heights.
